Help Restore HIV/AIDS Funding to SB County! Please take a moment and submit your name and email address on the letter below to the CA Department of Health and Human Services--Secretary Kim Belshe, Dr. Roger Horton, and Gilbert Chavez. These folks report directly to the Governor and State Legislature. We must let them know that funding basic HIV/AIDS services in mid-size counties like Santa Barbara cannot be ignore or overlooked. The fact is that our mid-size county serves significant numbers of HIV/AIDS clients and cannot be overlooked when so much is at stake.
