 Our
syringe exchange program operates from our two offices in
Santa Barbara County. We offer harm reduction, risk
assessment, oral HIV tests, Hep C screening, clean syringes
and various other supplies and materials to help reduce the spread of
blood born pathogens and support those who may be struggling
with substance dependency.
Harm Reduction, recovery and medical resource literature is
made available to all syringe exchange clients.
